What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is often described as "total relaxation coupled with heightened awareness", the hypnotic phenomenon has had many years of study, by highly qualified people, producing many thousands of reports.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the combination of Hypnosis to allow total relaxation coupled with therapy to aid people with various habits and psychosomatic problems. Two therapies are offered.
Suggestion Therapy (Clinical)
Analytical Therapy (Hypno-Analysis)


How does Hypnosis Feel?
Many people describe a floating feeling, some describe a sinking or heavy feeling and many describe a peaceful tingling sensation.

Can you Hypnotise anybody?
Yes however some people may take a little longer to hypnotise than others.

Will I be asleep?
No.

What Happens if i fall asleep?
We would continue with the session as the suggestions would continue to be heard.

Will I be asked or told to do anything against my will?
No, as members of the IAH we have a strict code of conduct and agree to the professional and ethical use of Hypnosis.

Will I be asked or told to do anything silly?

No.

Will I remember what is said to me?

Yes.

Can Hypnotherapy help children?
Yes, children are very responsive to hypnotherapy.

Do you see children?
Yes, provided the child is between the age of 7 years to 17 years and accompanied by a parent.
