As a smoker for over 25 years I am fully aware of the difficulties people have when giving up. The cravings, irritability and fear of gaining weight, in addition to these the feeling of anxiety and almost panic that one feels at not smoking or not having cigarettes with you. With the use of hypnosis and positively worded
suggestion, being a smoker can be a thing of the past, achieved easily with very little or no side effects. Suggestions can be given, tailored to a persons specific fear at becoming a non-smoker these could be to eliminate cravings, irritability, weight gain and anxiety at the thought of not smoking.
As a smoker you are informed from various sources that you will feel healthier, have reduced risk of serious or even fatal illness and be financially better off, all of which are completely true but are not received immediately.
When a person stops smoking they initially feel very
little or even no gain from actually stopping, hence a person feels they have given up something and received nothing or very little in return.
With hypnosis you are given (through suggestion) a feeling of pride and pleasure at being a non-smoker, couple this with little or even no side effects and becoming a non-smoker can be extremely easy to achieve.
The main reason people find it so hard to stop smoking is because they believe it will be difficult. Many having tried before already have self doubt,
if you believe it to be difficult it will be.
The cost of using hypnotherapy to become a non-smoker would be recovered in under three weeks if you smoke an average of 20 cigarettes a day.
